The unveiling ceremony of Joint Laboratory for Green Industrial Lubricating Materials, co-established by Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics (LICP), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and Shandong Kasong S&T Corporation Ltd., was held on June 9. During the ceremony, agreements concerning the industrialization of additives were signed by both sides as well.

Two sides are signing the cooperation agreement.

Shandong Kasong S&T Corporation Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise engaged in the development, production and sale of highly efficient, environmental-friendly and high end special lubricating oil which can replace petroleum. As a national research institute, LICP has been engaged in the research on lubricating materials, high performance lubricating grease and additives. The cooperation between both sides is expected to enhance the industrialization of scientific achievements in lubricating materials.

Professor LIU Weimin, director of LICP and ZHAO Zhiyu, chairman of Shandong Kasong S&T Corporation Ltd, attended the ceremony.
